Order of Adverb in English Grammar - क्रिया विशेषण का स्थान

जब भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार के Adverb एक साथ आते है तो उनका क्रम इस प्रकार होता है -

Manner + Place + Time + Degree

जैसे- Lata sang beautifully here yesterday.

यदि एक ही प्रकार के Adverb एक से अधिक बार एक ही वाक्य में आये तो सबसे कम महत्वपूर्ण वाला सबसे पहले और सबसे अधिक महत्वपूर्ण वाला सबसे बाद में रहता है। जैसे -

I live in room No. 1 Mintu hostel in Patna College of Patna.

I came here at 10'O clock on 26 January 1995.

यदि भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार के एक से अधिक Adverb एक साथ आये तो सबसे पहले Adverb of Manner आएगा उसके बाद Adverb of Place बढ़ते क्रम में रख दिए जायेंगे। फिर Adverb of Time बढ़ते क्रम से रख दिए जायेंगे। फिर Adverb of Degree आयेगा। जैसे -

Sonpur fair is held at the bank of Gandak in north of Sonpur in Bihar on forth night in the month of Kartik every year.

यदि Adverb Intransitive Verb की सेवा में आये तो वह Intransitive Verb के बाद आएगा। जैसे - I laugh loudly. She writes neatly.

लेकिन जब Adverb Transitive Verb की सेवा में आये तो वह Verb के पहले भी आ सकेगा और Verb के बाद भी। जैसे -

She neatly writes a letter.

She writes neatly a letter.

Adverb Auxiliary Verb तथा Principle Verb के बीच में आएगा। जैसे -

I am not going.

Always, Never, Often, Seldom, Sometimes, Frequently etc. असली Principle Verb के ठीक पहले रहते है। जैसे - He seldom makes a mistake.

लेकिन Always, Never, Often, Seldom, Sometimes, Frequently etc. उस Principle Verb के बाद होंगे जो मूलतः सहायक क्रिया होते है। जैसे - I am seldom late.

यदि Is, Am, Are, Was, Were, Has, Have, Had योजना अथवा बाध्यता दर्शाने के लिए आये तो Adverb उनके पहले रहेगा। जैसे - I always have to return.

यदि Adverb, Adjective की सेवा में आये तो वह उसके पहले रहेगा। जैसे - Very good boy.

यदि Adverb, Adverb की सेवा में आये तो उससे पहले रहेगा, जिसकी सेवा में आएगा। जैसे -

Very loudly.

Very-very good boy.

Enough यदि Adverb का कार्य करता है तो उसे उस शब्द के बाद रहता है जिसकी सेवा में रहता है। जैसे - He spoke fast enough.

Nor, Not, Never, Neither + A.V +S + P.V + O. जैसे - No sooner had the teacher come than we stood up.

Up / Down + V + S. जैसे -

Up went the play.

Down fall the Apple.

Two negative can't come together. E.g. -

I could not see him nowhere. (wrong)

I couldn't see him any where. (right)

वैसे Adverb Of Manner जो Adjective में 'Ly' लगाकर निर्मित होते है अपने साथ With नहीं लेंगे। जैसे -

With Respectfully (Wrong)

Respectfully (right)

With Respect (right)
